· 12 honeycrisp apples, peeled and cut with an apple cutter

· juice of ½ a lemon

· 1/8 tsp seasalt

Directions:

1. Peel the apples. Using an apple cutter cut the apples discarding any seeds or parts of the core.

2. In a crockpot, combine apples, lemon juice, salt, water and cinnamon. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours stirring occasionally.
